What is your pet policy?

Pets are not allowed without prior written approval from the owner. If approved, the following fees will apply:

• $150 non-refundable pet fee

• $150 refundable pet deposit

• $150 monthly pet rent

Please contact us in advance for approval before bringing any pet onto the property.

Do you accept Section 8 or Housing Vouchers?
At this time, we do not accept Section 8 Housing Vouchers or other housing assistance programs.

Will my application be accepted?
We encourage you to review our Leasing Process page before applying.
We evaluate each applicant on multiple factors and look at the big picture, not just credit score.

How do I submit a Maintenance Request?
All maintenance requests must be submitted through the Landlord Studio Resident Portal at:
LandlordStudio.com or via the Landlord Studio app.

How can I pay rent?
You have multiple convenient payment options:

• Online:
  Through the Landlord Studio Resident Portal via the website or mobile app

• By Mail:
  Send payment to:
  PO Box 85, Olathe, KS 66051

• Lawrence Residents Only:
  Drop your payment in the white drop box located under the stairs at the 706 building.

We accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, or money orders. Cash is not accepted.
