I Have an Emergency!
1. Assess the Situation
The following are considered maintenance emergencies under your lease:
Emergencies Include:

Fire
-
Flooding or water leaks that could cause significant property damage

No hot water or cold water

Overflowing toilet
-
Any electrical or gas failure

No heat when outside temperature is 55°F or lower
-
No A/C when outside temperature is 80°F or higher

2. Submit a Maintenance Request
All maintenance requests — both emergency and non-emergency — must be submitted through the Landlord Studio Resident Portal: LandlordStudio.com or the Landlord Studio app.
After-Hours or Holiday Emergency?
After submitting your request online, please call and text (913) 237-4520 with the following:

Time work order was submitted
-
Your name and phone number
-
Your property address

3. Follow Next Steps
A member of our service team will reach out to guide you through the next steps and coordinate any necessary repairs.
